Syllabus:Provides the basic knowledge and skills on business strategy and financial management required by current leaders to enable them to (in consultation with an expert in the particular field) make informed decisions for the benefit of the team or organisation they are leading.
 
Unit Outcomes: On completion of this unit students will have- Gained skills in strategic thinking and and understanding of various steps required in crafting a strategy as well as the fundamental financial implications of the formulated strategies. Understanding of themajor challenges facing business leaders when developing and managing strategy.
