Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit students will have- Understood and appreciated the development of the learner and have the knowledge and skills to make decisions in relation to appropriate pedagogy. eflective, self motivated and critical in their approach to learning. Used appropriate resources and instructional technologies in teaching. Use interpersonal and communication skills to enhance teaching and learning outcomes. Understood the social, cultural, political, historical and psychological contexts relevant to teaching and learning. Valued and demonstrated exemplary literacy, numeracy and technology knowledge and skills.
