Syllabus:Professional and ethical practice for valuers. Preparation of narrative valuation reports. Research and analysis techniques for valuation assessments. Professional experience program.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit students will have synthesised the valuation component of the program, and prepared for the two years internship in valuation firms.

Unit Assessment Breakdown: In order to obtain a pass mark students must attend a satisfactory number of class sessions and field trips and complete the practical experience requirements and hand in the completed diary and required valuations. There are no Examinations. This is by pass/fail assessment.
