Syllabus:Introduction to national and international policy-making for Internet related activities, both public and private, commercial and other. Explores the complicated structure of governance of the Internet. The structure involves a unique mix of national, international, quasi-governmental and private organisations leading both to advantages and problems for understanding and harnessing the Internet.
