Syllabus:Exploration of the broad impacts, changes and effects of the Internet and analysis as a social technology. This journey through cyberspace examines the social, cultural, economic, and political aspects of the Internet and its application. What is the Internet and what does it do?.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit, students will have- An understanding of the Internet, properly contextualised as a socio-technological phenomenon. Presented justified views on the uses and meaning of the Internet. Used the Internet and its applications more effectively and more insightfully.
