Syllabus:Ethics, competition, practice insurances, consultant relationships, terms of engagement, fees, methods of procurement and delivery of architectural/interior design projects, statutory authorities and regulations.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit, students will have- An understanding of the Industry and Profession. An understanding of Contractual agreements with Clients and Consultants. An understanding of Site Investigations, Costs and Budgets, Programming and scheduling, the Basics of Administering a Contract, Ethics.
