Syllabus:Introduction to time management and planning techniques - bar charts, precedence networks, program evaluation review technique (PERT). Resource planning - types of resources, resource smoothing/levelling. Monitoring programs - trend analysis, crashing networks.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit, students will have- An understanding of the time management processes to deliver construction contracts and projects within time constraints.
