Syllabus:Measuring simple mechanical ventilation and electrical installations. Introduction to measurement of civil engineering works in accordance with the Method of Measurement of Civil Engineering Quantities. Advanced estimating techniques.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit, students will have- Furthered their knowledge about the application of computer estimating techniques. Had practical experience of using 'Everest' to analyse and use tender information.
