Rent reviews, accounting, financial statements, budgeting, maitenance, energy conservation, due diligence. Property management software and systems. Unit Outcomes: Upon completion of this unit students will have - Gained understanding of technical aspects such as leases, space marketing, tenant relations, owner relations, tendering for management business, rent review procedures, budgeting and expense projections, energy management and maintenance policies.
