Syllabus:Planning in health care organisations, the planning environment, needs analysis, decision making. Program evaluation, evaluation designs, perspectives of evaluation, data collection and analysis.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit, students will have- The ability to described the concepts of health services planning. Presented and illustrated key concepts related to evaluation in health services. Described selected health service planning and evaluation techniques. Compared and contrasted the links between planning and evaluation.
