Syllabus:Time management within a project environment. Time programming and scheduling - bar charts, networks, line of balance. Time estimating - content, constraints, resources. Time control - monitoring, analysis, reporting.
 
Unit Outcomes: On successful completion of this unit, students will have- known the principles and processes of good time management within a project management framework. Known the sequences and interrelationship of time management principles and processes. Able to develop their own time schedules for basic projects. Understood how time management as a core process of project management is interrelated to other project management processes.
