Introduction
This course provides an overview of legal aspects applicable to issues arising out of the Internet. It explores how the area of law and the Internet interact, especially in relation to electronic commerce.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites
A bachelor degree from a recognised tertiary institution or equivalent. Applications are considered from those without a bachelor degree provided they have significant work experience at a recognised level of responsibility.

Duration and Availability
This fee-paying course is of one semester full-time, or equivalent part-time study. External study is also available.

Additional Course Expenses
Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other vital study materials. In addition, students may also need to contribute some of the cost of consumables, which varies depending on the area of study. Students may incur a cost for personal Internet access.
