MSc(Curtin)

Introduction

This course provides the opportunity to undertake significant studies in a particular area of medical imaging, and advanced postgraduate education in a variety of medical imaging subjects with a specific area of project research.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites

Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Imaging Science, requiring above average academic record, or via the honours program in medical imaging science, requiring at least a second class pass, or an equivalent level of award from another institution.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Applications for advanced standing are assessed on an individual basis.

Duration and Availability

This fee paying course is one year full-time or equivalent part-time study.

Additional Course Expenses

Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other vital study materials. In addition, students may also need to contribute some of the cost of consumables, which varies depending on the area of study.
