Exploratory data analysis - univariate and bivariate. Probability, conditional probability, independent events. Random variable, distribution function, expectation and variance. Binomial, Poisson, normal exponential and uniform distributions. Bivariate random variables, sums of random variables. Sampling distributions. Confidence intervals. Test of hypotheses. Inference for normal, Poisson and binomial models, contingency tables, regression analysis.
