Syllabus: Role and training of dietitians: professionalism, ethics, and health care teams. Medical records and documentation of nutrition care. Conducting diet histories. Nutrition counselling and interviewing. Application of counselling theory: stages of change, behaviour modification, cognitive behavioural therapy and motivational interviewing. Group education.
