Syllabus: Advanced Doppler physics including colour, power and pulsed wave Doppler. Doppler image optimisation. Haemodynamics. Carotid artery sonography. Arterial extremity vascular examinations. Venous extremity vascular examination. Abdominal and pelvic vascularsonography. Comparison to alternative diagnostic procedures.
