Syllabus: Evaluate the context for international logistics projects; detail the context and process of the Business Project Framework; detail critical project management areas relevant to business projects - including management of scope, time, cost, quality, communications and risk; cost estimation techniques and tools; standard-setting and accreditation bodies; use of contemporary software packages such as MS Project; application of all skills to a practical project.
