Syllabus: Control minor incidents - evaluate, control and conclude the incident control. Operate and monitor compressor systems and equipment: start up compressor systems/equipment; control and monitor the compressor systems; shut down compressor systems/equipment; control hazards; maintain plant effectiveness and resolve problems. Identify equipment faults: Identify scope of operational check; plan operational checks; check unit through full operational range and identify fault and/or formulate recommendations. Analyse equipment performance: determine theoretical performance; conduct trial; verify performance of plant/equipment and recommend required action.
