UNIT REFERENCES, TEXTS, OUTCOMES AND ASSESSMENT DETAILS: The most up-to-date information about unit references, texts and outcomes, will be provided in the unit outline.
Syllabus: Mediation theory and practice. Understanding of models and procedures for counselling and behaviour change. Integration and application of theoretical perspectives to couples/relationship work, interpersonal conflict, conflict resolution and mediation in a variety of settings. Facilitative mediation process. An understanding of cultural factors in counselling and mediation.
