This major allows undergraduate students to combine studies in public health (health promotion, epidemiology and biostatistics, environmental health, global public health administration) with a range of optional units. One or two subject areas may be chosen for in-depth learning. Students can use the course as preparation for an application to switch into a range of other degrees (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, pharmacy, speech pathology, nutrition) after their first year of undergraduate study or as preparation for an application for a graduate entry master course (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, pharmacy, speech pathology, nursing, medicine).
