Syllabus: An effective early childhood program incorporates individual effort of teachers, culture of the school and support of the whole school community. Bringing the skills effectively together involves strong curriculum knowledge and leadership, team-buildingskills and organisational skills. Leadership in early childhood education must effectively communicate the philosophy underpinning an early childhood program and advocate for appropriate developmental practices and resources.
