Syllabus: This unit will examine the recommended practices in family-centred early childhood intervention with a focus on the development and learning applied to child development in the early years of life and school. Developmental perspectives and educational approaches for students with special needs in the home, school and community will be addressed as will the challenges for educators to provide quality inclusive learning environment for their students.
