Syllabus: Analyse the past financial and strategic decisions of a company and use this analysis to form an opinion on the validity or otherwise of these decisions. Suggest a more appropriate course of action that may be better. Discuss all aspects that are considered appropriate and important. Compare the proposed course of action with current finance cases.
