Fixation and processing techniques of tissues for paraffin, cryostat and Electron Microscopy methods. Microtomy skills and proficiency, serial sections, Haematoxylin and Eosin proficiency and quality control, special histology stain methods, lipid, carbohydrate and enzyme histochemistry stain methods, immunohistochemistry stain methods and applied electron microscopy.
