Statistical methodology and its application applied to biological investigations. Hypothesis testing. Single and multi factor experimental designs and appropriate biological measurements. ANOVA's one-factor, randomised block, two factor with replication, Scheffe test, other multiple range testing. Correlation, regression and significance testing. Non-parametric statistics. Diversity indices.
