Building materials and construction methods, planning, site evaluation and classification, system building and the function of buildings. Theory of estimates, interpretation of plans and specifications. Operation of the building industry. Principal control authorities. Application of shear, bending forces and movement. Technical drafting and interpretation of drawings. Housing design and construction for temporary accommodation.
