Cytotoxic drugs, agents, combinations, dosage regimes, efficacy, complications, adverse reactions, interactions, toxicity infections, administration. Combined modality treatment. Pain. Narcotics and analgesics. Nutrition. Monitoring. Death and dying. Sixty hours of practical training.
