Conduct a basic information and knowledge analysis of an organisation and its environment, examine the existing information resources in the organisation, amalyse organisational information needs and communication patterns, evaluate the level of effectiveness of current information flow in the organisation, develop a way forward to manage the knowledge of the organisation.
