Introduction to the students to the theory and practice of television current affairs, requiring them to critically analyse current affairs journalism by presenting detailed tutorials on selected programs. Development of the necessary research, production and team-building skills for the medium and will be required to complete three major practical assignments during the unit to demonstrate their professional skills.
