An overview of cultural dimensions of communication for effective conduct of business. In making connections between administration theory and cross-cultural business activity students will develop an understanding of verbal and non-verbal behaviours, examine cultural values, beliefs and actions and learn techniques for locating relevant cross-cultural information.
