Facilitation of an elementary understanding of photographic technical practice and conventions. Investigation of such areas as the application of flash lighting in both studio and location environments, RA4 and Cibachrome colour print processing, digital photographic aquisition and production and an introduction to professional medium format photography. Principal contextual issues impacting upon the photographic medium.
