Culture technology of commercial important crustaceans including freshwater crayfish, marine shrimps, freshwater prawns, rock lobsters and crabs. Hatchery technology and juvenile production of prawns and lobsters. Grow-out technology of commercially important crustacean. Production cycles and management practices. Nutrition and feeding. Post-harvest handling and marketing.
