Provides a critical analysis of classical and contemporary leadership thinking. Matching of leadership to the turbulent environment of the future for example structural functionalism and the Learning PATOP Organisation. Introduction to critical thinking theory and problem solving and issues in leadership such as power, culture, gender, creative thinking and practice, motivating and rewarding the critical thinker and leading innovation.
