Metamorphism through geological time. Archaean granite - greenstone and high grade gneissic terrains of Western Australia, Canada, South Africa and Greenland. The development of Proterozoic mobile belts. Relationship of metamorphism to Phanerozoic plate tectonic regimes. Practical study of various metamorphic suites from Western Australia and classic overseas localities.
