Empirical and scientific research processes and the complementary use of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Developing aims, objectives and testing hypotheses. Research design, planning and sampling in qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation. Data saturation, triangulation, focus groups and principles of data analysis.
