Metabolism and nutrition - alterations in normal patterns. Mobility -life style adaptations. Homeostasis - Blood pressure control, fluid and electrolyte balance. Body defence - wound healing. Pain response. Immunology and serology clinical microbiology. Antimicrobial resistance. Pharmacology, pharmacodynamics and pharmacolgy related to selected disease states.
