Physical, psychological and mental status assessment. Normal ageing processes. Attitudes to ageing. Principles guiding nursing care. Body mechanics. Communication and interaction across the lifespan - adults and older persons. Nursing care related to hygiene, nutrition, elimination, safety, mobility and pressure management.
