| Models of transistors, transfer functions of standard amplifier stages, differential and other multistage transistor amplifiers, analysis of operational amplifier structure, theory and design of feedback amplifiers. Selected topics from - current sources in integrated circuits, current mode amplifiers, amplifier output stages, power amplifiers, multiplier structures, oscillators, switched capacitor circuits, modelling and analysis of noise in amplifiers. |
