The strategic and statutory principles of urban design for a local structure plan and a detailed subdivision plan. Identifying environmental, surveying, civil engineering, development industry and government requirements. Preparing a case study of an existing subdivision identifying and analysing the principles of local structure planning and subdivision for common and small lots.
