Principles and practice addressing the special needs of adolescent and adult learners disadvantaged in gaining access and participating equitably in vocational education. Targeted groups include women, idigenous peoples, people with disabilities, people from non English speaking backgrounds, residents of rural and remote communities. Theoretical and applied focus relevant to current Vocational Education and Training (VET).
