The personal computer environment: (operating systems facilities; memory management; file management; viruses; graphical user interface for the PC and associated facilities). System development in a personal computer environment ie Implementing a simple information system in Excel. Programming in VBA. Common office software packages. Developing scripts in popular languages such as VBScript, Jscript using Windows Script Host; using scripts to interface and control applications.
