Introduction

This course provides a foundation knowledge in either general commercial law or corporate administration. It satisfies the career development requirements of those wanting to obtain a knowledge of commercial law or corporate administration.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites

An appropriate degree from a recognised tertiary institution or equivalent. This course is limited to applicants who have studied business or commercial law either in Australia or overseas and who need to obtain an understanding of Australian law in either corporate administration or general commercial law.

Duration and Availability

This fee paying course is of one semester or equivalent part-time study.

Additional Course Expenses

Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other vital study materials. In addition, students may also need to contribute some of the cost of consumables, which varies depending on the area of study.
