Public health impact of print, radio, television, video, folk, online and mobile media. Marketing, social marketing, news reporting & entertainment programming impact on public health. Media use in health promotion campaigns. Coalition building, political lobbying and media advocacy. Working with journalists and writing media releases. Tobacco marketing and anti-tobacco campaigns: a successful media and advocacy case study. |
