Syllabus: | The Engineering profession is about the use of technology to solve problems, however sometimes arriving at the right solution requires learning from mistakes. In this unit students participate in activities to learn about the history of Engineering and the evolution of the engineering design process. Some of the major engineering projects in history are presented as case studies for students to reflect on the process leading into success or catastrophe. |
