313947 v.2 Creative Writing Stream

Introduction

This stream develops specialist expertise in the use of the Internet for public communications, drawing on insights from the fields of public relations and marketing and combining them with an understanding of the Internet as a space for virtual communities and electronic writing. Students are equipped with high-level critical thinking, decision making and communication skills, allied to knowledge about Internet policy, organisation, community, management, and governance. Units can be taken from the School of Marketing as well as Internet Studies.
