Introduction

This major within the Master of Public Health provides a broad base of understanding of the varied public health issues and practices across disciplines and is designed to expand the individuals knowledge, competence and skills within a public health framework.

N1    Students who select Research Project 650 will need to complete a total of six optional units.

N2    Students must complete Research Dissertation 601 if they first select Research Dissertation 600.

N3    Units may be selected from any of the other majors.

N4    The list of options is a guide, students may enrol in other units with permission of the course coordinator.

NB    Students may only select the dissertation if they have a course weighted average of 70% over both semester one and two. (The dissertation is comprised of two units).
