Syllabus: An introduction to Asia's diverse religious and value systems, and its impact on food, traditional medicine, martial arts, feng shui, ancestral rituals and future science. Students will have hands-on experience of these cultural practices through workshop participation for yoga, meditation, I-Ching, oriental futurology, oriental massage, self-defence and self-enquiry skills.
